1. What is your shipping or delivery time?
Orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after order is placed. They can also be collected from our store located in Craft Alive, Road Town Tortola BVI. This would be quicker than delivery.
2. Can I purchase through text messages?
We prefer not. As long as our website is up and running, ALL orders must be placed through the website, this is to keep things organized & electronically documented. You can also visit the store front located in Craft Alive, Tortola BVI.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can once it has not been delivered or collected.

Please allow up to 48hrs for delivery of an order.
Rush delivery is available at an additional cost which would be determined on the order.

For gift shipping please provide full name and telephone number of the recipient. Also, all cost associated with the order and delivery.
4:RETURNS
CAN AN ITEM/S BE RETURN AFTER PURCHASES?
NO return with our Lingerie and other personal garments due to sanitary reasons. When placing orders, please make sure you’re purchasing the correct item, color and size. For other items, returns are handled case by case. NO CASH return only store credit.
